    I just tried to use my activation code for VI Saxaphone. At first, the eLicenser Control Center said I didn;t have an "appropriate USB Donge". I restarted and it allowed me to use the USB Dongle. Unfortunately, now it;s telling me that I have already used the activation code. I need help. I'm trying to compose a score that's due late this evening. Can anyone help me, please?

    Hi Tom,

    Sorry to hear about this problem. This sometimes happens if a license download is interrupted for some reason.

    Please try the following:

    1) Update your eLicenser Control Center here.

    2) Connect the key / dongle that you used for the license download to your computer, open up eLCC and click on the big "Maintenance"-Button in the upper right.
