VSL Clarinet - ELicense

Hi, 

I'm trying to use an older purchase of the VSL Solo clarinet.  I see the purchase in the use area of VSL but the license isn't on my Vienna Key.  How do I put the license on my Vienna Key so I can install and use my purchase?

I have just re-sent your Activation Code to download your permanent license to your ViennaKey (to your registered email address).
