    I've tried multiple times to register my Vienna Key. I've got eLIcenser Control running, and I'm entering the Soft-eLicenser number, but each time I enter the ViennaKey or USB eLicenser number, I get a "The Page Cannot Be Displayed" error page in my browser. What am I doing wrong?

    as far as i can see you have registered your vienna key meanwhile - in case there is another key you'd like to register and the issue persists please email the string you're trying to enter to
