    Hi everyone: I just bought the download Special Edition (& Plus) strings standard library. I also have the download woodwind (& Plus) standard library and dimension brass. Anyone can teach me how I can use the most of it using VI Pro? Because I am in a middle of the orchestral arrangement and my deadline will end soon. I usually layer the Kirk Hunter strings with Symphobia, will VSL strings add more texture of the sounds? Or should I buy the Special Edition Extended Library? I am still thinking to get the Appassionata Strings but would like to wait the result of this Special Edition Strings Library first. Thx

    I have the Special Edition and Special Edition Plus (full orchestra). I love it, but honestly don't use appassionata strings as much as I thought I would. I like everything I have (solo strings, orchestra, chamber, wind instruments) and don't want to give any of it up, but appassionata is my least-used string sample set so far because of the styles of music I do. That said, more options are always good if you can afford them.
