    We have both, special edition and special edition plus libraries, installed on a PC. From yesterday onwards the special edition PLUS license is not showing up on the Vienna Instruments(version 1.11) software. However, the special edition plus license is available on the e-licenser control panel. After having this issue we tried to update the e-licenser to the latest version (6.2) but the problem persists. How can we make the special edition plus libraries to work again? Thank you.

    I have checked your account and couldn´t find any registered products....

    Please contact us at , so that we can look into it.

    Also, make sure that you update to the latest version of Vienna Instruments and Vienna Ensemble!
