Really slow download speeds

Hi! I just bought VEpro and am trying to download the included epic orchestra package with the Vienna download manager. I am however getting incredibly slow download speeds. The highest I've had has been 20kb/s. It will take 2 full days at those speeds hehe...

we're sorry to hear your download speed is as low ... this might be related to the policy or restrictions by your internet provider.

a few of them are wrongly assuming the download is a bittorrent filesharing activity and are limiting the transfer rate.

if this is not just a temporary issue please email  for an alternative download link.

nur zur Info. Seit Oktober ist die zweite Kachel (Smart Orchestra) auf dem Startbildschirm nicht mehr zu sehen wenn man den Chorme-Browser nutzt. Klickt man auf den weißen Hintergrund, dann gibt es dort auch keinen Link zum Produkt, 

wie gesagt ... nur zur Info ... :)

 

Edit: eigentlich wollte ich das als pm mitteilen, aber ... "inbox is full" ...

thanks for reporting - unfortunately i cannot reproduce the issue (and chrome is my default browser).
also i'll inbvestigate on the PM problem (my inbox size is set to infinite size).
