elicenser registered to different account

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I have a question regarding my vienna dongle. I use a duplicate setup, so i have 2 dongles and 2 licenses of everything. I recently bought downloadable saxophones, after logging in my (boss') account. I tried purchasing another license to put on the second dongle, so I can have them working at the same time, but it was greyed out and I couldn't purchase it again. Then I realized the second dongle might be registered to a different account. But there's no way to find that out, this was all set up before I worked here. So my question is, is there a way of finding out when I plug in my dongle, to which email address it's registered? Because now I'm not able to purchase a second license and get it to work on my elicenser dongle. Hope this makes sense, thanks

Please contact  with your question and include the serial #´s of your keys. We can check which key is registered to which account. 

Please include information about which accounts you are using and which products you want to get additionally for which account.
