Purchased 3 download instruments, how do I get the free one?

My plan is to buy (3) standard instruments and the (3) extended libraries of those instruments, allowing me to buy (1) standard plus (1) extended library of one more instrument.

Flute 1 + Clarinet Bb + Bassoon 1 purchased, then receive French Oboe Std + Ext for free.

Is this correct and possible?

On May 14 I purchased my third standard download instrument so that I would qualify to get one free standard instrument.  I purchased, within the window for the buy 3 get one free offer, the standard libraries for: piccolo, triple horn, english horn.  How do I now get the free downbload?
