    I am trying to activate a license to my eLicenser but the process continues to abort. I have downloaded and installed the latest software and as can be seen, I have web access. What should I do?

    Hello JKore, 

    Click "Recover" in the eLCC, this should resolve all pending license issues. 

    If that doesn´t help, please contact  with a few details about your setup, your key # and a screenshot of the error message.
