    Hi -

    I use windows 7 64 bit, though I have both the 32bit and 64bit versions of Cubase installed as some plugins wont work with the 64bit setup yet. I have an i7 870 core, 16 gig of DDR3 RAM etc..

    Any suggestions as to how I can get the VI player within Cubase to recognise the new library?

    Welcome Owen [:)],

    Please make sure that you are using the latest eLCC and the latest VSL Software.

    If that doesn´t work, please open the Directory Manager, remove all folder and add all sample content again by drag and drop from your Finder/Explorer. That will show Vienna Instruments where to look for the sample content. Here is a short video tutorial on How to use the Directory Manager.
