    Can anyone recommend a reliable notation program, preferibly based around snare/drumset notation. If there is a such thing, I look in every conceivable store, and, nowhere to be seen. Help is greatly appretiated.

    Is this a serious question? EVERY dedicated Notation program can handle drum notation, but no one is based on this (Btw. I don’d have a clue how this should look like).

    So go for Finale, Sibelius, Notion, whatever. Even the notation window of Logic can deal with drum notation pretty well.
