Hi,
Do I need to create a "Sounds" folder (under the Sibelius 6 folder) and do I need to copy the .fxp files into the "VSL Special Edition Plus" folder? I'm using OS 10.6.4 and the sound library installed on my computer is the Vienna Instruments Special Edition and Vienna Instruments Special Edition Plus. The reason I am confused is that the manual says that this does not apply for the VE Special Edition and VE Special Edition Plus (see below). Is this what I own? Again, the box says Vienna Instruments Special Edition and Vienna Instruments Special Edition Plus. As you can see I am pretty confused. I just need to get my initial bearings here.
Many thanks for your help and patience,
Chris

How to install and use Sound Sets
Copy the Sound Set file to your Sound Set folder. If there is no “Sounds” folder yet you will have to create one.
Mac OS X:
Users/your username/Library/Application Support/Sibelius Software/Sibelius 6/Sounds
Copy the VI presets (.fxp files) that come with the Sound Set to your VSL Custom Data folder.
(Attention: this does not apply for the Sound Sets VE Special Edition and VE Special Edition PLUS.)
