    Hi. I've just received my Ensemble Pro package, and followed the instructions for registering the Vienna Key, and downloading the permanent license. Everything seems to be good there, but when I tried to install the Epic Orchestra library that came with the package, the key generator replies "No licenses in this category for this login". I get no activation key to load into the Vienna Key, and the library manager tells me that I don't have a valid key. I'm completely stumped... What do I do now? Paul
