can anybody help? we´re using OSX 10.6.5. if we want to install the elicenser software from cd, there comes: you have to install osx 10.3 or higher (...)
we´re using usbkey with Native instruments service center software. it is also not possible to register the product on the vsl page, they don`t accept the serial number on our key.

Hello jellybeat,
You should always use the latest eLCC software, as computer technology changed (you´re most probably working on a new Intel mac, right?)
When you register the product, please try to exchange "I" with "1", "VV" with "W" and "0" with "O", step by step. Alternatively, you can send me your serial number at

the serial number (here everything whats written on the dongle...) of the usb dongle is PACE 001 39071001 Ser# 0007A7F3 the serial of the VSL special edition is: V90-S1XXX-XXX-XXX further info: if we try to register with 39071001, there comes: used by another vienna key and we have installed the latest version of eLicenser Control 6.1.4.1050, but there appears nothing, no product, no license. if we start the native instruments control center, there is no problem with all our other licenses. .. and the computer is mac intel 12-core xeon thanx, gerhard

And current VSL products have nothing to do with the Native Instruments Service Centre.
