  • "A communication problem occurred while accessing the license server."

    It's been almost a week since my Vienna Key has arrived and I still can't download the license! I tried many different things, installing .net framework 4, restarting, deactivating the firewall and anti-virus, recover button, cleaning up the memory on eLicenser and nothing. It seems to be an issue with Steinberg's server, as I can see from previous research in the forums... Wonder how long it's gonna take to solve this, it's just a pain. Did anyone have the same problem and found a solution?

    to be sure. Have you downloaded the latest version of elicenser?

    A few days ago I have similar problems and the newest version solved mine.

  • Hi Torsten, Yes, it's the latest version, from Dec 7th. VSL support forward the case to Steinberg. I'll keep you update. Regards from Brazil, André
