  • Hosting plugins with multiple outputs in VE Pro

If you instantiate a plug-in like Omnisphere in VE Pro, is there any way to send sound from one of its parts out one of Omnisphere's additional outputs so it can be processed on its own (i.e., so the sound from Omni part 1 goes back into your sequencer via a different audio bus than Omni part 2)?  Just to save time - yes, I know I could host a second Omnisphere instance for the other part and yes, I know Omni has a stunning set of internal FX.  My question is simply, is what I asked possible?  Thanks!

    Peter

  • Simply create an Input channel in VE Pro. You can choose any multi-out plugin's extra outputs as input for such channel. Also see page 22 in the VE Pro manual.
