MOTU & Vienna Ensemble Pro issue

Hey guys, I'm loving Vienna Ensemble Pro but I'm having 1 issue: I have both Motu BPM as Motu Electric keys and they load up fine in VEP but when I save the session and then load it up again, my chosen sounds in the Motu products are gone! I don't have this with any other VI so I guess it's a Motu problem...anybody else having this issue? Skiggy is online now Report Post

Hey Paul, thanks for your reply. I've bought VE Pro a week ago so I assume I'm up to date. I don't have any problems with other VI's so I'm afraid it's Motu's fault and their customer service is not very well.. Or maybe you have some suggestions? I'm on an 8-core Mac Pro on Logic 9 and Snow Leopard by the way.
