     I just bought the download flute1 and won a free instrument (hurrah!!!) but no reply via email when i tried to claim it...does it take a few days to get processed?

     hmmm....i actually bought it on thursday  morning but maybe they were winding down for the weekend ha!

     I doubt that should happen. Maybe send an email to support@vsl.co.at to see if something has gone wrong.
