  • The eLCC is keep telling me that it cannot find licenses on slave-computer-key.

Status: I have VE PRO and VI PRO licenses on my slave-computer-key; the slave-computer runs Win 7 x64-bit, and the latest versions of VE PRO / VI PRO and eLCC. I have additional licenses on my master-computer-key; this master-computer runs Win XP SP3 x86, Cubase Studio 5.5, and eLCC (same version). Well, I started VE PRO SERVER 64 (on slave), and then, in Cubase (on master), I tried to open VE PRO (VI PRO later on) as a Virtual Instrument. Here is the thing: eLCC, instead of searching licenses on the slave-computer’s key, it searches on the master-computer’s key. So, what you would do, guys? I can tell then it wasn’t a problem before I upgraded the slave-computer OS, from XP x64 to Win 7 x64. It feels a network setting to me… Smorfe

  • Try installing the latest eLCC

  • Thank you Pivot. In the meantime I've solved the problem, by simplifying the gigabit net. config. -- crossover cable, IP, and a subnet mask. It also works with the VE / VI on ONLY 1 computer -- slave.
