    I upgraded VE Pro on my mac, as well as the E-Licenser program.

    Now it immediately comes up with "Could not find a license for Vienna Ensemble Pro. Please make sure that your Vienna Key is connected to a USB port and that you have the latest version of eLicenser Control Center installed, then restart the application."

    I tried mutiple ports, and restarted my machine several times. The eLicenser program does find my key and all it's licenses, but NOT VE Pro. This all of a sudden just started happening.

    Hi Nathan,

    I´d try to uninstall eLCC and VE PRO, then restart and install again.

    Hm, I uninstalled using VEPro's uninstaller, and simply deleted the eLCC app. Restarted, re-installed, and nothing seemed to help.

    Hi,

    the license is actually called Vienna Ensemble 3 (as VE 3 is the predecessor of VE PRO). I checked your registered key, it contains 2 VE 3 licenses, if I´m correct. 

    You can also send me screenshots of your eLCC and all licenses on your key to , if you like. Please use this thread as a reference.

    Problem solved!

    I see what happened now. I had bought a new key to transfer (and split) my licenses. When transferring to the new key, I forgot about the VEPro license!

    Works now.
