    Dear VSL team!

    You know how much I love this company and your libraries, but my purchase and installation of VI pro brought me into serious problems.

    After upgrading to VI pro I was no longer able to load ANY Logic project that contains a normal VI.

    LCC only showed me a few licences, maybe 20 % of what should be there.

    After a phone call with Ch.Kardeis I deleted everything linked to VI pro and reinstalled Vi version  2.1.5740.

    At least I could reopen my projects and continue composing the 20 minutes score I have to do in 5 days.

    Today I have to deliver to the director and the film company (and it is not an indie project).

    Guess what? Suddenly no VI loading, no VE pro loading, now I even can't acces the VI download archive, tried in Safari, Chrome, Firefox...what a black Friday.

    I didn't change anything on my system after downgrading from VI pro to VI.

    LCC tells me that everything is ok.

    I am loosing so much time and could need some first aid!

    P.s.:

    I tried EVERYTHING including file permissions, recieps, and the whole procedure.

     I can't get anywhere apart from the forum either, so I think there is a website problem.

    Did you update the eLicencer when you installed VI Pro?

    sure I did,

    and now comes the best part:

    after a restart 10 minutes ago my Vienna key is EMPTY!

    No more licenses...

    I am dead now :-(

    I doubt that your key is empty. AFAIK it is impossible to delete licences by accident. Do you have another computer to test your key on? If so, you could always transfer the licences, just in case it is a problem with the key.

    ok, I could make the licences reappear on my dongle, but it still wont let me load my software.

    There is a problem between E licenser and Vienna software.

    could fix all problems after hours of tweaking, downloading, reinstalling and deleting.

    I think the main problem is the eLicenser, not the VSL software.
