can't download MIR Roompack bin files

I succesfully downloaded the first of the nine Roompack bin. files from the site, but every other attemt fails and read:
bertwelsh/Downloads/ViennaMIR_RoomPack-WIN-1.0-r161-2.bin.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.
Any suggestons?
