    Hi,

    I have The Special Edition Standard (on it's own designated HD). I also have Bosendorfer Imperial (also on it's own designated HD).

    I am thinking of getting the Overdrive guitar library.

    It's only 6GBs, would it need it's own designated HD?  Could it not go on one of the others?

    Performance it of the upmost importance, if it is best on it's own hard drive then that's how I will do it.

    Hi Shayne,

    no problem to add Overdrive to the existing libraries, not matter which harddrive.

    Many thanks Paul, that's excellent to know.

    Are their any actual recomendations or guide lines as to how much library data, or how many instrument libraries can be placed together on the same hard drives?

    Hi Shayne,

    well, the more space you have, the more libraries you can install [:)]

    The more samples you want to play back, the more you will benefit from streaming from multiple drives.

    It really depends on your expectations....
