just checked in our support database, and although I could find 4 mails from within the last 3 weeks, mostly regarding VE PRO and Epic Orchestra, I couldn´t find anything about the corrupted cab-file.Who did you talk to?
You have actually done the right thing emptying the cache. Did you delete the downloaded file as well?
If a browser "thinks" that a downloaded file already exists (same name), another donwload will result in the same file (in this case corrupted).
My trick is to use another browser in such a case, like Firefox.
You can also call ILIO to send you a Demo DVD which also contains the Epic Orchestra files, but a download will of course be faster!
