    I am installing the Complete Winds Library. I got the first license for Woodwinds 1 installed and I am installing the library.  I entered my serial number for Woodwinds 2 into the VSL site, and it spit out my activation code.  I went back to the eLicenser Control Center and pasted my code in but i now get the following message: "Currently there is no eLicenser connected to your computer which you can download your license to.  Please connect an appropriate USB-eLicenser to your computer."

    It worked perfectly 10 minutes ago. I can see my collection license for Woodwinds 1.  I can see the picture of the dongle.  But I keep getting the same error message.  I haveSent my eLicenser support info.  There is only one thing I can think of that is preventing me from doing this  - could it be that I am still installing the library and I cannot use the eLicenser software at the same time?  If not, any other suggestions?

    Mark this solved.  Easy fix.  Once the library was installed I shut the computer down and restarted it, then installed all my codes at once.  You just cannot install a library at the same time that you are trying to activate the product.
