I would assume the answer still is no, judging from the preview page for VI Pro. Of course, it will be possible to time-stretch the patch as a whole, but this will not be a very precise operation...
I requested this as a feature, when VSL announced VI pro. This is one of the examples, why I like Kontakt libraries. The application by such a big company could develop quite sophisticated methods to make many things possible. It's a pitty that NI didn't care enough for copy-protection of sample developers. That lead the great number of sample developers to make their own sample engines. The VSL ones where always quite stable and had great features. On the other hand, new technologies, like AET for kontakt, can't be developed by every company for their own proprietary platform. Here a big developer, like NI, has much more resources to make things possible. Also, every library would have the same customizable editor. I guess, it's to late for that wish to come true. I'm happy though, that VI is by far better than the play engine! :-)
