    Hi, Ive been using the Standard Edition library and my Vienna key without any problems since the start of the year until now. I installed a demo of an Arturia plugin on the Vienna Key and it wiped my license for my VSL plugins. I tried re-entering my VSL activation code in the elicenser control center but it says it cannot be downloaded to the Vienna key attached to my computer. Any ideas? Cheers, Stu

     OK, first things first.

    1. How do you know that it wiped the licences?
    2. Have you uninstalled the eLicencer software and re-installed the latest version (in case the demo plug installed an old version)?
    3. Have you tried the repair function?
