    When trying to delete: Collection License Demo, Expired, .... etc. Vienna Instrument Vienna Ensemble 3 I get: "An error occurred which prevented the operation from succeeding. Please restart your computer...., etc." When I try to "activate" my purchased license, I ultimately get: "Currently, there is no eLicensoer connected to your computer which you can download your license to.... etc." This is currently blocking very time sensitive work, please help.

    Please send an e-mail to support with the No. of the Key and a screenshot of the eLCC window showing the licenses.
