Same thing here as of today (sunday May 16).
It took me the whole day with numerous attempts, just to get this silly message (as if we had a single choice between servers....)
At last, in the evening it finally happened.
I see that we are several people in this case, and others before us (other posts)
I do know VSL is not responsible for that, but they should put a lot of pressure on the provider (Steinberg, Syncrosoft ?) in order for them to fix things and offer a reliable and at least decent authorizing service.
Currently this is not an admissible situation IMO.
Unfortunately mennovanriet, the only thing so far is probaly to keep trying untill it comes through....
