What do you want to control that can't be done with the many controllers that already exist?

  • i am talking about a dedicated controller that handles all the VSL stuff. which controllers you are using?

  •  I use a Korg keyboard, BC and Lemur.

  • yeah thats sufficient. i was thinking of a custom built controller. maybe vsl will develop something like that in the future?!

VSL has always said that they're not a hardware company, so it seems unlikely. Furthermore, unless new incarnations of the Vienna Player require new ways of working with controllers, there wouldn't be much point, IMO.

Having said that I would like someone to develop a better Breath Controller, because the Yamaha one is really horrible to use.

  • practically any MIDI-fader bank is quite appropriate for the job. no need for sth special.
