I´m member of the sound designers group on Yahoo and recently they spread around mp3 copies of some great documentaries/interviews about/with sound design(ers) in cinema.
They are not only vastly interesting but also very creativly done. It´s fun to listen to them.
Currently the files are hosted here:

They are two 75mb .sit files containing both two mp3 files. You have to expand them with unstuff and add the .mp3 extension if you´re on pc.
