    anybody know why the master bus on my slave VEP instance would jump to zero as soon as I play a note?

    slave is a pc.

    master is a mac. 

    latest beta's I believe.

    I had this happen too. If I remember correctly it was because the Beta versions I had installed were not identical.

    This is correct. In the last public beta (4.0.4834), some network communication was changed. Make sure you use the same version of VE Pro on all systems and the problem should go away.

    Correct. Thank you both. Different beta versions was the problem.

    II think that this thread should be a "sticky" somewhere (not sure if this list has that capability). This caught me out also. Perhaps we need a trouble shooting check list posted somewhere.
