VSL, Overture and Plugue Bidule

Hello Happy New Year. I have recently purchased and installed Vienna Sound Library (Special Edition) which I want to use wit a notation program (Overture4). I downloaded Plogue Bidule and made a patch that reads my VST folder and routs to my VSL, but I am not able to get any sound out. I tested my other MIDI connections, through Plogue Bidule and on their, own and they work, but not the Vienna Sound Library. Furthermore, when I open a Vienna Sound Library window form within Plogue Bidule, the matrix view doesn't show any patches and I am not able to assign any. I used to be able to get the sounds out of Vienna Sound Library Standalone, before I installed the Plogue Bidule,but ever since I installed it, I have the same problem with no sound - patches, regardless of whether I use the Vienna Sound Library Standalone or within the Plogue Bidule. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on ho to make this work. Thank you very much. Philip

A happy new year to you too.

Patches are loaded from the Patch Assign section and not from Matrix Assign. If there appear no patches on the Patch Assign page, you either have a license problem or you have to add the folders with the sample content in Directory Manager.
You can see the registered libraries in your eLicenser Controll Center.

Hi Philp,

Apart from the message hereabove form Andi, I  was wondering why you use Plogue anyway, since Overture is a VST host itself. It is possible to load or VI or VE2 after having set the right VST folder (VST > set folder, close and reopen then VST > instrument rack and voilà!). So no external routing is necessary (in Windows at least).
