    I noticed, that when I load VE Pro as VST3 plug-in in Cubase5, it doesn't react to the Program Change MIDI events. I tried to use it for Kontakt3.5 loaded inside the VE (when making Instrument Banks). When I loaded VE Pro as VST2, Program Change works. Is this some common problem of VST3, that can be solved somehow, or specifically VE Pro bug?

    Program changes are designed not to work with VST3 plugs. You need to take this up with Steinberg.
