    I recently purchased VSL Special Edition. I am running a MAC OS X, version 10.5.8 / intel Core 2 Duo. My computer does not seem to recognise the Vienna Key in the Finder Window. I followed the video registration/installation instructions but when the 4 VSL DVD’s were installed they were not recognised as instrument files but Canon Image files i.e "SpecialEdition001.dat / Image browser cache format". I bought the software through DolphinMusic – a legitimate software retailer. I've tried installing the software again but the same problem has arisen. Can anyone help?? PLEASE! I'm so frustrated here. Thanks.

    I already answered this in a mail. Please make sure to install the latest versions of the Vienna Instruments Software and eLCC.
