chasing events with the supplied vst expression maps, cubase 5 ?

im kind of tired playing back from the begining... is there anyway of using the supplied expression maps ,that it will acctually chase the articulations ? do i need to change it from key switch to somthing else or the other way ? (i dont know anything about that), please help me :) i was looking for info in the forum, but .. nada..i mean, there is some info, but i want to use the regular expression maps... anyway to make it work ? thanks

Having not used Expression maps, i don't really know how they work, but you can certainly chase keyswitches if you make them legato (minus a few ticks).

hi guys, thanks for the fast replys, Andi, well... yah i know that but its kind of ridiculous, and very uncomfortable... i mean, it should be much more comfortable than this... and there is no technology barrier here... its just a matter of making it happen... (when im composing, i like to play from anywhere, and i like that cubase gave me an optiong with the vsl to compose and hear it straight , with articulation... but this annoying little chasing event is very uncomfotable...wierd...) have u been contacting steinberg about it ? i hope next cubase will be more improvments of the scorring and less rings and bells... anyway thanks, amir
