    I am unable to load any sounds into Vienna Ensemble Pro demo. I can see Vienna Instruments v4.0 build 4536 in the browser, and can scroll up and down, but I can't click on them. Also the paths to all my other samples are in Directory Manager, but there's no way to access them in Vienna Ensemble Pro demo. Please help ASAP. I downloaded the Vienna Ensemble Pro Demo yesterday. I bought a ViennaKey and downloaded eLicenser Control Center, and it says that my Demo is active (174 more starts) and Vienna Instrument and Vienna Ensemble 3 Demos are licensed for 27 remaining starts. I am using a Mac Pro 2 x 3GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon with Leopard OS 10.5.8. I'm also hoping to use Vienna Ensemble Pro on my Pentium 4 Dell, but first it should be able to play sounds on the mac. Please help

    1. Do you actually have any Vienna Instruments?
    2. If not, what sample player are you trying to load?

    Vienna Ensemble Pro Demo comes with Vienna Instruments v4.0 build 4536, according to the website, so I've installed Vienna Instruments v4.0 build 4536, licensed it, and am trying to load it from the blue and white library browser. I can see them but I can't select them. I also added Dan Dean Woodwinds and Kontakt to the Directory Manager. They do not show up in Vienna Ensemble Pro.

    make sure to load kontakt into a VE Pro 32 bit server instance!
