Hi 

Can anyone tell me what "The following licenses are needed to install this package VI ONLINE 76" MEANS

I have purchased the software online and was sent an email, which contained nothing apart from that it was from VSL..

Should there have been a code in there or some kind of instructions

I did contact VSL support yesterday but they have not responded

Hi Glen,

we just solved this over email. You need to have your license of the Epic Orchestra available on your ViennaKey to start the installation (for everybody who´s interested).

I have put the codes onto the Vienna key but I am still getting the message"THE FOLLOWING LICENSES ARE NEEDED TO INSTALL THIS PACKAGE VI ONLINE 76"

My key shows the collection license from Vienna Instruments

What is it asking for?

Hi Glenn,

are you using the latest eLCC?

Try the "repair" button on the elicencer software. I had installed the licence and had the same issue. Using "repair" worked for me. If you are on Mac it may also be usefull to "repair permissions" on your disc using the Macs disk utility.

same problem here. neither the repair-option in the licenser (latest version) worked nor repairing permissions.

my VE pro is authorized.

You need this version of the elicencer: http://mini.vsl.co.at/files/eLicenserControl-6027002_Mac.dmg

First: Repair permissions
Second: Delete following file: “/Library/Receipts/SyncrosoftLicenseControl.pkg”
Third: Install the new ELC (link above)

If this does not work, try again repair-option of ELC.

the vienna instruments library installer still tells me that i need VI online 76 to be installed.

i have no clue how to continue from here .. :/

please contact support [at] vsl [dot] co [dot] at, and include the details of your used OS and software versions - if possible, also a few screenshots. I´m sure that we will find out what´s going on.

Yes I managed to solve problem... When VSL sent me authorisation codes they sent 4 different serial no for use on different pc.. They used the last one as the serial number I needed to put on my Elicenser..I thought I could use any one of the four but that was not the case. So I just put all four on the same key and that solved it for me.. If you look on your account with them it should show you which one they have used for your registration.. Its under" Users" and then "Product Registration" on the left hand side of the page..Hope this is helpful to you...

The Library Installer is now installed with the latest Vienna Instruments Software, available in your User Area!
