I just visited the user area to download the latest Performance Tool. It told me there are no dowloads available for my registered products. This could have something to do with the fact that when I look to see what products I have registered, there are none listed.
Now, I definitely did register my copy of OPUS 1, which I purchased new from a dealer. I typed in my serial code last week and downloaded the performance beta. But I tried reregistering it anyway. Now it tells me that this number has been already registered by another customer.
Can you please let me know what's going on!
