Problem with "Alto sax" in Sibelius?

Hello everybody. I'm a new Vienna Instruments user. It's a little difficult for me to write in English because I'm Spanish, but I'll try to. I have downloaded "Alto sax" instrument. All the notes sound great in the virtual keyboard on VSL Instrument or Ensemble2, however, when I write a file, all the "D" notes don't sound at all. I use Sibelius (the last version) and Sonar and get the same result in both. Can anyone help me, please! Thanks.

This is an odd problem. Is it only one D that doesn't get played or is it every D in all octaves? If it is only one D, maybe you have defined it as a keyswitch.

Can you go a bit more into detail what you did?
