i can see my personal data and the download paths (so i´m logged in correctly ...)

I think you have to run the License Control Centre to see what products you have registered. I may be wrong but I believe they only show up in your user area when you are registering a library.

you noticed we changed the pages for product registration because it became necessary to allow also registration of software (which obviously doesn't have a standard and/or extended library and the labeling would have caused confusion)
for a few days the list of registered libraries has not been displayed but is now back in a hopefully more clearly arranged layout on the Vienna Instruments registration page.
however this list in not always related to what licenses you see on your key in the license cotrol center, because you can spread different licenses across different keys and having registered a library does not mean you have downloaded the license to a key already ...
so having plugged in a key to your internet computer or not while browsing the vsl website does not impact the list of registered products - our website does not communicate with your key, whereas the license control center does ...
