    Hello everyone,

    I've ordered the V SE bundle for one weeks now and it's not arrived yet.

    I guess i'm screwed if i wanted to register it and have benfit with the fanfare trumpet offer....

    It's too bad,

    Is there anyone by chance who could tell me if there is a way to prove the day i've purchased it or is it too late?

     Well i assume you should not worry. Your receipt will show you bought the SE before the cut off date. Also the people who keep VSL the company running like a steam train they will be very helpful if there's any issues. As for me im getting the organ on the 15th. So i know it wont be here in time but there no worries. They've  been helpful with everything else.

    I agree; I think the more time-sensitive issue is downloading the free Jazz Drums, which they have just extended ever so slightly to accomodate people who didn't know which time zone the cutoff was measured in :-).

    I too ran into a problem last night with Solo Strings II Extended not showing up for free, after registering Solo String I standard + extended and Solo Strings II standard.

    I sent an email, but am now posting it here just in case this particular one ends up being a common oversight.

    I am fully confident they will address the problem, and I am in no rush as I'm heading to L.A. in two hours (but not for NAMM -- it's a visit with my godsons, who bring me far greater joy than new software or hardware products :-)).

     a tiny but grave flaw: you registered solo I extended _after_ solo II standard ;-) ... we'll take care on this issue ... christian

     

    btw: once a product is registered to your account you can download the respective files, so it is more critical to _purchase_ it than to have the download complete ...

    and remember: only a CRAY can run an endless loop in just three seconds.

    Thanks everyone.

    My Bundle has not arrived yet, so i hope someone at the VSL crew would have mercy on my soul ;o)

    Do i have to contact someone precisely to prove i had purchase the bundle before the 15th of january, or should i just register it and the instruments (fanfare trumpets) will be available anyway?
