    Tried to open and install Vienna Ensemble but Wizard stops with message Error 5 Access denied  when it tries to write to 'Documents and Settings\AllUsers\DownloadVSL Custom Data';  I've tried to switch off Norton Anti Virus and Internet but still problem persists. The whole Users File seems to be read only and every time I click that off in Properties it comes back on again.  Has anyone else experienced this and if so what is the solution please? I'm the only user on this computer.  System Win XP Sp3

    the only thing irritating me is, that the path should read:

    \Documents and Settings\All Users\Shared Documents\VSL Custom Data\

     

    usualy this hierarchy inherits permissions and the *read only* checkbox should be greyed out - looking into details you will notice power users have full access but users only read access ... so possibly the account you are logged in is neither administrator or power user on this machine
