    The Horizon Performance Tool Guide and the Manual both download as BLANK (empty) PDF files for me. (g4 Osx, Stuffit [H].

    I've emailed support, but has anyone else had this problem?

    hello fade up,
    i can't explain why, but on some configurations the documents appear blank with the built in pdf-viewer - they do not if opened with adobe acrobat reader

    i've also noticed this strange effect on a powerbook with a fresh install of 10.2.8 lately. we will recompile the docs with another version of acrobat and repost them when this behaviour disappeared

    thanks for your quick reply. i was using apple's preview on 10.2.6 osx
    now I have opened the docs in adobe, and they read fine. thanks again
