  • Pro Tools hangs with Vienna Ensemble

    If I create multiple instances of Vienna Ensemble in a Pro Tools project, Vienna Ensemble hangs before instantiating the first instance. If I do this, I'm forced to de-activate the VSL tracks before shutting down. If I forget, then I have to create a new project, import the session data (all BUT the VSL tracks) and then recreate the VSL tracks. Has anyone experienced this? I'm on a MacBook Pro 2.1, 3GB RAM Thanks!

    I installed the latest update, and it still hung at first. I went back and rescanned my directories with directory manager, then installed the directory updates. and, everything now comes up just fine in Pro-Tools, no hangs so far!

    I too am having this problem, were do I find the directory updates? Thanks Mick
