  • please help!! I need my activation code for a already registered VI

     I don´t know Who should i ask for it. I dont know why my Vienna key does not have myVI apassionata string I standard. I think i used only the key provided when i bought it and in my email i cannot find the activation code sended when i did register it. I just bought the extended but the activation code does not work because my sincrosoft license center cannot find the standard license and the activation code just upgrade a standard license.

    Please help

    Don't sweat it. The VSL guys have all your registration data on record so they can send it to you. I imagine they'll contact you soon.
