    Hi, I'm still having instability with my Vienna Key, my syncrosoft license won't always respond when I open logic. I'd like to know is there a way I can test this vienna key in case that is the problem? Someone from applecare came over to checked my computer and concluded that all the harware was working well. I can only conclude that it's either a software problem or the key, or a ghost. All my other keys work just fine, why is i this key is so sensitive? And how do you go about replacing the key?

    guy, as far as i can see you have a series of expired demo licenses on the key - please remove them usiing the *delete license* wizard on a computer with internet connection and empty the trash (within the LCC)

    if you'd assume something is not 100% ok with your key you can also transfer the licenses to a new one.
