problem with vienna keys

When I want load Special Edition ( I buy it ), my vienna keys  tell me Unknow application.

Hi,

You need to update your License Control Center to the latest version. This is the program that reads your Vienna Key. Go to www.syncrosoft.com and click on download. You should then see a link to download the latest update for either PC or Mac.
