    I load a preset, add some modwheel-controlled vel switching, name it and save it to the Custom folder. I then reload it only to find that the performance feature is gone. I then quit Logic and run Directory Manager, scan it all. Reboot Logic and load the matrix. Same thing happens. Why? Also, when I edit a custom matrix and save to the same location, I get no prompt about overwriting/replacing. Why is that?

    Any controller settings are exclusively saved with a preset file.

    Does that mean, you have to save your sequencerfile and additionally all VE/VI-Instances presets?

    Hi Angel,

    all instances that are loaded in your sequencer will be saved with your sequencer project.  

    Saving Presets and Matrices will be helpful, if you intend to use your customized Presets and Matrices with other arrangements.
