Hi there,
I am just about to expand my VSL Library and this is a tough decision.
At the moment I own Special Edition full, Appassionata full and special keyboards.
Now I am struggling to buy either Special Edition plus(download) OR Appassionata II.
At the time I can't afford both of them at once.
What do you think is the best solution (especially regarding the articulations)?

I recently bought the Symphonic cube, althogh I couldn't afford it. I would have liked to start with the SE and SE plus, but since this seems to be the only library, where there is no upgrade path to the full libraries, I didn't!
I think, this is not a wise decision of VSL, because many want to have a full orchestra for a small price with the chance to upgrade to the full product.
However, you should consider what sounds you really need in your compositions and when you think to be abel to buy further products. In that respect the SE+ seems to be more flexibel to me. Appasionata II is rather special (depends on your music, though).
Well, it is your choice. Nobody knows better, wich sounds you need, than yourself....
